According to a report the federal government is spending over $33,000 to determine if safe-sex couples live closer to tobacco retailers, and if this makes them more likely to smoke. Law | Franklin Lakes, NJ Expands Smoking Ban

The town of Franklin Lakes, NJ has expanded their smoking ban from an original ordinance passed in 2007 that banned smoking on recreational fields as well as raising the age of tobacco use to 19 years old. The new ordinance bans smoking in parks, recreational facilities and public buildings. Law | Wichita County, TX Might Expand Smoking Ban

In June of 2014 the city council of Wichita Falls passed a smoking ban in almost all business with the exception of tobacco shops as long as 75% of the quarterly income was made up of tobacco sales.
