Law | Wayland, MA Raises Tobacco Age

Starting on January 1st, 2014 you can die for your county but not purchase tobacco products if you live Wayland. The law passed last nice raising the minimum legal sales age to 21, and limited smoking in public spaces. The vote held to last night by the Board of Health, was unanimous, despite comments against the increase by local business owners. Law | San Benito, CA Pushing For Tobacco Ban

The new public health office for San Benito, California is pushing to make the sales of tobacco in pharmacies illegal. The movement to make a legal product illegal has begun. Dr. Anju Goel a Wisconsin native wants to also limit the advertising that can be displayed in the window of a storefront pertaining to tobacco products.
